Barbados will be joining with 120 nations in an international Walk for Peace on Saturday, July 25th, 2015.

This Peace Walk, also known as the “Peace Road”, will take place in Bridgetown, beginning at 10:00 AM from Jubilee Park, and continuing on to Independence Square for entertainment and speeches by prominent figures.

Youth groups, community leaders, churches and like minded people, wanting to help create peace in Barbados and the world, will be walking together.

Internationally, people from Cape Town, South Africa, to Santiago, Chile, and from London to New York, will be walking, bike riding or driving in support of this initiative. By communicating and connecting together in such a way, this Global Project can truly begin to build a road to world peace.
