The , with branches in Barbados and St. Lucia, has officially launched its website. , Ms. Felicia Browne observes that the institute is pleased to provide mentoring services to youths across the Caribbean region.
The Institute which was officially launched in Barbados in 2010 provides mentoring programs to young leaders. The website, according to the President, will allow young people to access information about the Institute as well as seek guidance on their academic, professional and personal growth from their mentors.

Ms Browne indicated how helps mentors and mentees build leadership skills for the developments of their communities and country and, the website will allow individuals from the various communities to connect with one another by providing guidance and support across local barriers and national boundaries.
The facility, executive indicates, is committed to building and enhancing youth empowerment and development through academics, sports, arts and civic responsibility.
