On Monday December 1st, 2014, about 12:55 pm, two police officers were on duty at Brownes Beach, St. Michael and went to affect an arrest regarding a man selling illegal drugs. During the arrest, the suspect armed himself and attacked the police officers who feared for their lives; one officer drew his service firearm and shot the suspect in his right arm.
