Santo Domingo’s Central Bank reports their inflation rate for the first four months of 2014 was 1.53%.

Inflation over the past 12 months, from April 2013 to April 2014, was 3.49%.
Inflation over the past 12 months, from April 2013 to April 2014, was 3.49%.

Their Central Bank forecast a 2014 year’s end inflation of 4.5% plus minus 1%. The variation in the quarterly inflation rate, measured by the DR’s Consumer Price Index, was 0.43% compared to March 2014.
