In the past year, the Cayman Islands have unveiled plans for multiple luxurious real estate compounds. Last November, it was revealed that 62 private residences were to built at the Seafire real estate development. Lucky residents who secure a property here will be treated to a private rooftop terrace and a private pool. Meanwhile, earlier this year, 167 residences at Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Residences were announced.
