Reynaldo Riotion Roach, 21 years of Mount Gay, St. Lucy has been arrested and charged for the offence of Murder relating to the death of , 19 years of Josey Hill, St. Lucy.

Roach appeared at the District A Magistrate Court, and was remanded until February 28, 2013, to appear at the District E/Holetown Magistrate Court.
