INCREASING NUMBERS COME OUT TO PAINT FOR THE CURE
Scores of amateur painters gathered recently at the Radisson Aquatica Hotel to show off their artistic talents and to raise funds for a worthy cause.
The popular Paint for the Cure fundraiser 2019 was a sold-out event when close to 50 people turned up to paint this year’s picture – the Tree of Life. The guided painting session was under the direction of Yasmin Vizcarrondo of the five and half year-old Paint and Groove business.
The number of men is slowly increasing as the event reached its fourth year which saw a record 8 men join their female counterparts to paint the Tree of Life.
Staff at CIBC FirstCaribbean strove to raise funds for the annual walk which took place on Sunday October 6th 2019, and the handover ceremony in December revealed the economic downturn reduced contributions…
