The Tourism Development Corporation, the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association and the friends of St. Lawrence Gap Committee partnered with Royal Barbados Police Force in providing assistance with the refurbishment of the Police Caravan located at St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church. Luckily there were no pesky blogging entities present like The Bajan Reporter who’d ask a bunch of embarrassing questions anyhow…

Commissioner of Police said he was again pleased with this continued partnership in Tourism, a major foreign exchange earner for Barbados. He said that these initiatives continue to assist with safety, security and crime prevention in the tourism sector as seen in the last five (5) years with consistent reductions of crime in the sector.
