Applications are now open for Vybzing 2019, the flagship youth engagement programme of the Caribbean Development Bank. Vybzing takes place as part of the agenda for CDB’s Annual Meeting and is being held this year in Trinidad and Tobago between June 1-3, 2019.

Caribbean youth will gather in Trinidad for an exciting, immersive three-day residential programme which will include:

• Consultation on CDB’s youth policy and youth innovation programme
  Innovation experiences and training in areas including design thinking, Internet of Things (IoT), coding, artificial intelligence, gender equality and social inclusion.
• Opportunities to network with innovations, youth leaders, social entrepreneurs and development practitioners

• In-house Innovation Challenge

Applications are now open for young people who are interested in participating in this year’s programme. Details on eligibility and application can be found at the Vybzing 2019 event page.

Young people from CDB’s 19 Borrowing Member Countries who are between the ages of 18 to 29 are eligible. Travel, accommodation and related costs will be covered by the Caribbean Development Bank.
