Shane Lowe, President of the BES spoke with BajanReporter.com in an exclusive interview at the Barbados Museum recently. Mr Lowe gave his own view on the Ministerial Statement delivered Tues. 18^th on the first 180 days of the still new Government after its sweeping mandate from May 24^th.
