Three of four accused who were arrested and charged by the District F/Belleplaine Police re: a case of Theft of Pigs and Feed which occurred between the 19th and 20th of June 2018 at Cleland (KLEE-LUND), St. Andrew.
1. Marlon Fitzgerald Boxill 41 years of lodge Hill Saint Michael
2. Kemar Shamar Turton 21 years of Lewis Gap Green Hill Saint Michael.
3. Robert DaCosta Walker 48 years of #36 Seclusion Gardens Black Rock Saint Michael.
They appeared before Magistrate Ian Weekes at the Belleplaine Court on Monday October 1st 2018 where the Virtual Complainant (VC) also appeared. When the matter was called the VC asked that the matter be withdrawn as he no longer had any interest in proceeding with the matters. Magistrate Weekes then dismissed the matters against the three accused.
The fourth accused Jamal Emmanuel Lewis 31 years of Foster Hall, St John appeared before Magistrate Ian Weekes at the District ‘D’ Court yesterday where his matters were also dismissed as the VC indicated he also had no interest in proceeding with the matter against this accused.
