MALICIOUS COMMUNICATION Vs. KIMBERLY NATASHA STUART

On the 20th of September 2018 the police arrested and charged Kimberly Natasha Stuart 29 years of 5th Avenue Marshall Gap, New Orleans, The City, St. Michael that she:

1. On the 20th of September 2018 she used a cellular phone to send a message that was obscene and intending to cause or was reckless as to whether she causes annoyance, inconvenience, distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom she intended for either it or its contents to be communicated.

She first appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the District A Court on the 22nd of September 2018 where she was granted bail. She reappeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke at the District A Civil Court, St. Matthias, Christ Church where she pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 100 hours community service.

The 29 year old was granted bail in the sum of $750.00 with one (1) surety and is scheduled to reappear before Magistrate Wayne Clarke on the 15th of January 2019
