Dwight Sutherland, Commerce Minister of Barbados was the keynote address last night at the Mount Gay Visitor Centre on the Spring Garden Highway, he was invited by the Barbados Coalition pf Service Industries to participate in the launch of their Services Weekend for November 17th to the 18th next month.

The Minister cited the discovery by the Prime Minister how Barbados was at 15 Billion in debt, and emphasised how restoration is possible but tough.

He also acknowledged to both the media and stakeholders present how crucial MSME‘s or Micro, Small to Medium Enterprises are in restoring not just the Barbadian economy but anywhere in the world seeking to make their mark; –

Minister Sutherland also drove home to the audience why all Barbadian start-up’s must think of their developing firms not merely as a means of providing services here, but for the largest cross section ever; –

Another objective for Services Weekend for the 17th to the 18th November is to raise public awareness, networking, public awareness on the varying sectors comprised with the services sector.
