Professor Christopher Francis is in Barbados to give a talk this Friday at Blenheim on My Lord’s Hill to help everyone learn martial arts actually has a science behind all of the maneuvers, breathing and warm-up’s one usually encounters.

The Grand Master in fourteen disciplines has been a student of martial arts since 1963.
Originally a national of Trinidad and Tobago, Professor Francis is now preparing for a regional Tournament for Barbados by Mid October, but while making some initial scouting, he decided to share some of his knowledge; –
