“Every year, we carve out one particular day to stop and say thank you to the staff who do their best everyday for this bank and who contribute to our success as a business. They often play an active role in deciding what they would like to make them feel special and we try to make that happen, so we have a variety of activities across our network just for the staff” stated Donna Wellington, Managing Director of CIBC FirstCaribbean Barbados.

Members of the Marketing and Corporate Communications Teams visited Harrisons Cave and were caught just as they were setting out in the trams

Come June, we will also be honoring our clients with a Client Appreciation Day” she added.
