BRITTONS HILL HOME INVASION LEAVES 24 YEAR OLD NURSING GUNSHOT WOUND

Police are in the process of looking to solve a shooting incident which resulted with injuries to one man. This occurred sometime around 2:50 am on Friday the 1st June 2018, at Apt #1 Brittons Hill, St. Michael.

During this incident, 24 year old Roscoe Chandler of the said address reported that five (5) masked men armed with various weapons inclusive of a gun, two with knives and two with hammers entered his home and robbed him of a number of items of Jewelry, clothing, cell phones and money.

The victim (Chandler) was startled when awoken by the masked men and had a brief struggle during which a shot was discharged by one of the masked men; the victim received a gunshot wound to his upper left arm. The house was searched and the property taken. The men fled the scene on foot.

The ambulance was summoned and the victim was treated and discharged at the scene.
