Flow delivers Evolution for customers

Flow customers now have enhanced features and greater control of their entertainment package.

Barbados’ leading telecommunications provider has announced the launch of Flow Evo – an updated, refreshed and repackaged IPTV offering that has replaced the former Flow TV platform.

“Our customers deserve the best, so we are improving their experience by enhancing the user interface of our TV product and incorporating several innovative features that puts them in full control of how and when they consume the best media content in the Caribbean,” said Jenson Sylvester, Managing Director, Flow Barbados.

We pride ourselves on continuously evolving our products and with Flow Evo our customers will have more advantages and greater benefits through advanced video features such as cloud recording, video on demand and enhanced parental controls among others.”

Sylvester said Flow Evo will continue to deliver the same market-leading content as Flow TV, however, several cutting-edge features will be added to the platform such as pausing live TV and Play-From-The-Beginning – two convenient functions that allow viewers to pause or restart any live programming.

Flow Evo is also supported by the popular Flow-To-Go app which allows customers to watch live TV and set recordings remotely on their mobile handsets.
