IDB $33 MILLION TO REPAVE BARBADIAN ROADS WILL GET UNDERWAY AFTER ALL

The Inter American Development Bank loan to help alleviate potholes is finally set to get rolling.

This was confirmed by the IDB’s Chief Operations Officer, Francisco Javier Urra in an exclusive interview with BajanReporter.com.

He says the funds have been drawn down and a first tranche is to be disbursed, he explained why it took so long for the ball to get rolling;-

Mr Urra spoke with BajanReporter.com at the IDB’s Maxwell headquarters on the conclusion of the launch of a USD 34 million project on renewable energy with Barbados.
