St Joseph Man Held on Disorderly Behaviour

Police have arrested and formally charged 36 year old Jason McDonald Phillips of Suriname Road, Horse Hill, St. Joseph, for a number of criminal offences.

Phillips who was the subject of a wanted man bulletin, was arrested and formally charged for the offence of Disorderly Behaviour, in relation to a WhatsApp video, after he was recorded attempting to break into a house.

Phillips also faces additionally charges of:
โ€ข Uttering a forge instrument
โ€ข Obtaining on a forge instrument
โ€ข Endeavouring to obtain on a forge instrument.

Phillips appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court on Thursday the 16th of November 2017, where he was remanded to prison to reappear in the District ‘Magistrates Court on the 22nd of November 2017, in relation to the charge of Disorderly Behaviour, and the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court on the 14th of December 2017, in relation to the Fraud offences.
