Police have arrested and formally charged Winton Pedro Lowe 49 years of Allen View, Welchman Hall St. Thomas for:

1) Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
2) Unlawful Possession of 32 rounds of ammunition

These offences were committed on Tuesday the 12th of September 2017, while at Welchman Hall St. Thomas.

Circumstances

Lowe appeared before Magistrate Ian Weekes in the District ‘D’ Magistrate Court on Thursday the 14th of September 2017, and was remanded to prison to reappear on the 11th of October 2017.
