The National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) Inc. has initiated a road trip for its service excellence training to the community through the NISE Lunch & Learn Pop-Up Service Excellence Workshop Series.

It’s all part of NISE’s continued community outreach which is intended to heighten the awareness of service excellence across Barbados in an interactive, dynamic and informative way.

The first of these free hour long learning events occurred at Jubilee Gardens yesterday where the audience learned from the Corporate Communications Trainer of Cave Shepherd, Mark Anthony.

He shared with the audience his early days of just promoting your all in a positive and professional manner can get you noticed and lead to more exciting opportunities;-

The popular trainer who started as a famous receptionist at the Department store is renowned for his tone and diction, he also reminded the audience there is no shame in providing assistance;-

Comedy duo Rum and Koke did a hilarious send up of what happens at any fast food drive through in Barbados, it reminded me what Ad Lib’s Nala & Dy Browne did years ago…

During this initiative NISE is partnering with Cave Shepherd and Co. Ltd. as well as Rubis and the event will also provide a wonderful opportunity for members of the public to gain a greater appreciation of how the consistent delivery of excellence positively impacts Barbados.

Members of the public who are attending are encouraged to bring their lunch but will be treated to dessert and refreshments compliments of NISE.
