LAUNCH OF GOSPELFEST RAISES POSSIBILITY OF A CARIBBEAN VERSION

Gospelfest 2017 now in its 25th year of ministering to Barbados has come in for high praise from one of its sponsors who feels the event is getting bigger than this country.

SOL and Flow are once again a part of the corporate responsibility in ensuring every Barbadian has a chance to see feel and hear the enlightened path Gospel music brings, but Courts Unicomer has upped their ante.

Peter Ellis, of the popular hire purchase conglomerate admitted to participants at the George Lamming Primary in Flint Hall this morning that he and organiser Adrian Agard had a slight disagreement.

This year will see Charles Jenkins as part of the menu, and so Mr Ellis told Dr Agard perhaps Gospelfest may be ready for the Caribbean;-

CITA Radio 90.1 FM made sure to have an exclusive interview with Dr Agard since the concert begun in 1993 was his brainchild, we asked him does he feel ready for such a challenge to have region wide affair;-

The festival runs from May 20th to the 28th and includes highpoints like Laughter & Jazz in addition to a rendition of Disney’s the Lion King with costumes designed by Wayne Smith.

Make sure your smartphone apps are locked to CITA 90.1 FM throughout the day for venues and ticket locations…
