Trident emphasises family-friendly service with new Road Rescue vehicles
Trident Insurance, the originator of road rescue and accident assist services in Barbados since 2004, is once again taking the lead in innovation with the launch of new road rescue vehicles emphasising its reliable and customer-focused services.
Emblazoned with a modern angular design in complementary shades of blue including the Trident logo colour, the new rescue vehicles are friendly and reassuring in their look and feel. It’s the type of approach which the Company notes is in keeping with its “We treat you like family” tagline.
Business Development Officer, Alexandra Leacock said Trident was committed to taking the lead in delivering innovative solutions and world-class services to its customers.
“At Trident we provide our customers with a reliable and experienced service that gives them a sense of safety, security and protection as they navigate the traumatic experience of an accident or breakdown. Our new vehicles were selected and prepared with exactly this in mind. Accidents and breakdowns can be very inconvenient and unnerving to customers, and there is nothing more comforting than the arrival of Trident RoadRescue on the scene,” said Leacock.
Noting that customer response over the years had been overwhelmingly positive, Leacock said clients could expect the same great service to which they were accustomed from the new look rescue vehicles.
“We’ve had several customers make a point of showing their appreciation with comments like: ‘The best thing we did was to switch to Trident‘; ‘your personal and very pleasant service sure made my day better‘; and ‘Your Road Rescue Service is very efficient and gives me another reason to recommend Trident as the preferred Insurance provider of choice. Keep up your excellent service‘.”
Leacock said the company’s RoadRescue offering provided services including 24/7 roadside assistance, lock-outs, emergency fuel delivery, flat tyre assistance, battery jump start, mechanical/breakdown assistance, and towing service.
Also the first local insurer to offer an accident assistance service, Trident’s innovative technology platform allows for initial claim processing wirelessly at the scene, and clients can also track the progress of their claims using Trident’s online policy management tool ‘MyPolicy’. The company also revealed it plans to enhance its offer with the launch of a new Trident RoadRescue Smartphone App.
“We are big on technology, so in addition to providing the accident assist services such as alerting the emergency services, providing photographs, statements, towing and so on, we use technology to get our clients back up and running early, beginning with on scene claims processing, and following through with a smooth and efficient process.”
