CEO of Star Chick Ltd Mr. Wendell Clarke said, “We decided to rebrand the company and have an up-to-date image in our customers’ eyes to reflect our ongoing desire to be relevant in these times. That rebranding will not just take the form of a new logo and new look in our packaging, but will involve improvements to the level of service provided by our staff, changes and additions to our products to give our customers more variety and value, and also greater attention paid to minimising adverse effects on the environment. We recognise that we are not there yet, so our focus going forward would be to roll this out systematically so that we not only take on greater social and environmental responsibility as a corporate citizen, but we also encourage other players in the industry to do so”.

Project Manager Mr. Mark Hill shed some further light on Green business approaches which the company will be taking. "Going green is the future, and one way this will look for us is moving away for Styrofoam packaging which we know can have a disastrous impact on marine life if it finds its way into the sea", he said.

The company has said that greater emphasis will be placed on its core values of wisdom, leadership, and workplace safety, with a thrust toward helping others to improve their health and well-being through fitness. Lastly, the company also intends to increase its visibility by having a company branded vehicle to enhance its distribution reach.
