Any policy differences between Barbados’ Ministers of Agriculture and Finance appear to have been patched up.

The proposal involved a $30 billion dollar purchase of debts by the United Arab Emirates, a plan which was inexplicably shelved by Prime Minister Freundel Stuart at a later date.
