I must thank Flow for this wonderful prize. This is very welcomed and I will be putting it to good use for sure,” said Blackett after he received his winnings from Niall Sheehy, Managing Director, Flow Barbados.

To be eligible, customers simply had to activate a bundle package or pay their bill on time and in full.

“Summer, which is spelt ‘Crop Over‘ in Barbados, is a special time for all Barbadians and we were very happy to reward our loyal customers with cash and fantastic prizes,” said Sheehy.

"This year, as Flow celebrated its first birthday in Barbados, we were very proud to support the Crop Over festival to the tune of more than half-a-million dollars and we viewed this investment as one of the most prudent we can make because we are investing in the people of Barbados and in a festival they treasure."

During the ‘Sweetest Summer Festival’, the company painted Barbados blue by partnering with several corporate entities and private groups to facilitate the hosting of numerous events and fetes including Flow Soca on de Hill, the company’s flagship event for Crop Over.

Sheehy also highlighted Flow’s partnership with the Barbados Beverage Alcohol Alliance, Consumers’ Guaranteed Insurance (CGI) and BeepCab that helped to promote messaging about the responsible consumption of alcohol and the importance of a designated driver during the busy Crop Over season.
