People and businesses in the St. Michael and surrounding areas can now avoid the hassle of the city by utilizing this location to make inquiries and payments, start a new policy, change an existing one, or to renew.

As with its other branches, ICBL has again created a seamless environment for business by offering the services of both Life and General Insurance divisions at this convenient location.

The opening of this latest branch brings the number of locations across the island to five (5), with locations at the Emerald City Complex in Six Roads, St. Philip; Omni Mall, Speightstown, St. Peter; the Barbados Public Workers Credit Union office in Broad Street, Bridgetown; in addition to the Head Office at Roebuck Street, St. Michael.

The expansion is part of the Company’s continued efforts to ensure that wherever their customers are, ICBL can be found, whether physically or virtually. ICBL has also significantly increased its presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) over recent months, providing our clients and others with information and advice specifically related to insurance, along with financial and general tips aimed at improving their lives.

The Company remains committed to this strategy, developing other channels of communication with a view to maintaining a level of service to its customers that is second to none in Barbados.
