Precious Touch Foundation Inc. is dedicated to the granting of ‘WISHES‘ to children between the ages of 2 and 16 years old who have been diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions and children who are terminally ill, which is why the July event emphasises the purpose of the Foundation.
