The award winning bartender says his skill to vary between teetotal drinks and those with spirits only came be his being willing to start in the kitchen with menial tasks before he eventually could get a chance to compete in New York.
He cited his break while working at Cafe Jungles at Sheraton under Donnie Inniss who originally assigned Damien to cleaning vegetables and food prep, then eventually promoting him to Bartending which led to Mixology.

There were chances to sample the wonders of using Kitchen Aid or Rachel Ray’s Cucina line of cookware and how customers can win a trip to the Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas… This is the start of a monthly drive by the popular department chain!
