Inspired by the flavours, colours and vibrancy of the Caribbean that influences the colour palette of his food.

Chef Howard originally from St. Michael now resides in London, has steadily been growing his audience that includes a large base of chefs and food lovers from around the world as well Europe and the Caribbean.

The showcase covers fish, vegetarian, meat and dessert photos as well as some experimental dishes, behind the scenes and food prep. His work has lead him to being featured in some of the leading restaurant and hospitality web sites in the UK, as well as gaining press coverage.

Additionally it's generated demand for him as an international guest chef and landed him a television spot on the BBC flagship television reality food series MasterChef:The Professionals, where he finished as a quarter-finalist last year, putting Caribbean food in front of an audience of over 3 million viewers.

As part of Barbados’ 50th Anniversary he’ll be involved several events happening the UK, and looking forward to promoting some of the flavours and tastes of Barbados at various engagements, whilst flying the flag for both Bajan and Caribbean cuisine.
