Barbadians’ attention just flowed to the Grenadian winner of Caribbean’s Next Top Model, SE 02!
Kittisha Doyle, winner of the recently-concluded Caribbean’s Next Top Model (CNTM) Cycle 2, enjoyed a whirlwind weekend in Barbados with former Miss Universe Wendy Fitzwilliam.
During her two-day visit to Bridgetown, which was sponsored by telecoms provider Flow, the sultry 19 year-old Grenadian was the centre of attention, taking part in radio interviews, along with appearances on local television and an autograph session at Flow’s retail store in Sheraton Mall.
“My time in Barbados was so much fun and I was happy to have the opportunity to interact with so many fans of the Caribbean’s Next Top Model series. It was also my hope to inspire other young people who have dreams of becoming successful in the international fashion industry,” said Doyle.
While in Barbados, the six-foot Doyle was also photographed at a private Christ Church residence for an upcoming magazine feature.
“The photoshoot was incredible and I was very happy with the results. It was my first time being photographed as the CNTM winner, so I was a bit nervous but I’m very proud of the images we produced in such a short space of time.”
Fitzwilliam, the producer and host of the Caribbean’s Next Top Model franchise, said she was proud to be a part of Doyle’s journey.
“Kittisha is an incredible talent and we are confident she will go on to accomplish major things on the international scene. During her time with CNTM, she has blossomed before our very eyes and we certainly wish her well in her future endeavours. She knows she can always count on her CNTM family for support!”
Caribbean’s Next Top Model is a reality television competition based on the original production America’s Next Top Model, and the America’s Next Top Model format, licensed by CBS International.
The entire Cycle 2 season was aired on Flow TV on Monday nights, as Flow customers across the region were able to watch the show five days in advance of Free-to-Air television. Flow customers can still access the show via Video-on-Demand on Flow TV.
As the winner of Cycle 2, Doyle was awarded US$25,000 in cash, along with a lucrative contract with international modelling agency Mint Model Management among other prizes.
