Police arrested and formally charged 18 year old Hakeem Roberto Stuart of Shelbourne Road, St. Lawrence Christ Church for the murder of the late 35 year old Dwayne Burgess of Marley Vale St. Philip, who was fatally shot on November the 30th 2015 during the hosting of the St. Philip Carnival.
