BVI based Information Technology company Fresh Mango Technologies has acquired an IT business in the United Kingdom.

North-Yorkshire-based Information Technology business, CCS 2000 Ltd, was acquired on 30th September 2015 by Fresh Mango.

Mr David Elsy has stepped down as Managing Director of CCS 2000 and the new Managing Director is Mr Robert (Bob) McKay. David Elsy will remain as a much-valued member of the team, and Mr Guy Phoenix has also joined the board of directors.

The addition of CCS2000 to the Fresh Mango Group is an excellent fit for both companies owing to the similarities in their core businesses – outsourced IT and telecommunications support.

Commenting on the acquisition, Mr McKay stated "We're delighted to bring CCS into the Fresh Mango family. They bring additional technology and capability to the table that will benefit our customers everywhere".

Mr Phoenix commented “Overseas acquisitions by UK, European and US businesses are common-place. It’s less-usual, if not unique, for a BVI-based business to acquire in the opposite direction. This is a great achievement for BVI-PLC.”
