Police are investigating a serious accident which occurred about 9:40 pm on Friday 23 October 2015 at Sion Hill Road, Sion Hill, St. James, where a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle.

Dead is pedestrian Dave Hurley, 36 years of Sion Hill, St. James. He was involved in an accident with a motor van driven by Dwayne Harris, 34 years of Lower Carlton, St. James. Hurley was taken to the QEH by ambulance and he was pronounced dead on arrival.
