Flow is ensuring Customers remain No 1: New Emoji meters for rapid Input

Barbadian telecoms provider Flow’s installed new instant meters at their retail outlets to gauge satisfaction in order to meet Barbadian customers expectations of proper service.

Justin Inniss, the Operations Manager of Flow, spoke at a recent media gathering at their Warrens headquarters – he explained how there is a three pronged approach in meeting the desires and concerns of their clientele;-

Inniss also said they engage in an ongoing survey post-installation for all new customers, while at the retail outlets there are devices with four emoticons ranging from red as angry to green as happy as an instant method of ensuring consumers get what they pay for;-
