Partially as a request by hotel management and restaurateurs, and also as a drive by the Health Ministry – the BTPA is now rewarding cuisine experts who exercise proper food preparation standards.

One such way to create a wholesome meal all the time and every time is to incentivise the preparation of all dining experiences, and the Ministry of Health not only agreed but assisted in developing the project;-

Ms Harewood also indicated the immediate advantage of such a competition is that visitors can plan ahead for dining out in different parts of Barbados;-
