(a Jada Construction subsidiary) has been contracted to install a 16 inch main totaling approximately 600 metres from the round-a-bout at the top of Roebuck Street/ Harmony Hall/Halls Road/ Tweedside Road along Tweedside Road to the intersection of Welches/Government Hill/Bridge Road and Pine Road. This work will be done in one phase and by the trenchless installation method: –

The pipe that is being replaced is the 15″ ductile iron pipe – It is being replaced with HDPE 16″ pipe. These pipes arrive on site in 40′ lengths and are then welded together and will remain strung out on the side of the street which will be to the east of the intersection along Government Hill, until they are installed.
