Digicel’s NBA Jumpstart Basketball Clinics just debuted in Barbados after their start in the BVI.

The Clinics are running through Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, in addition to the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The Barbados leg was hosted by Chris Clunie and Becky Bonner, at Digicel's media launch which was held at their main headquarters in Williams Tower in Warrens, CEO Johnny Ingle explained how the 40 juniors get to showcase their talents in front of NBA coaches.

Similar to the Digicel Kickstart Clinics, the best athletes in each country will be selected for the intensive ‘Elite Camp‘ programme from September 26-28 in Trinidad and Tobago.

The clinic in Barbados is supported by Digicel, Berger Paints and RMJ Agencies who are the local agents for Gatorade.
