MAN CHARGED FOR FIREARM AND DRUG OFFENCES
Police have arrested and charged Ronald Alexander White, 42 years of Husbands Development, St. James with the below mentioned offences committed on the 21st of August 2015 along Black Rock Main Road, St. Michael
1. Possession of Firearm
2. Possession of Ammunition
3. Possession of Cannabis
4. Possession with Intent to Supply; and
5. Traffickable Quantity
Police on the mentioned date conducted Traffic Checks in Black Rock when the vehicle in which White was a front seat passenger was stopped. A search was carried out of his person and a .45 automatic pistol and 33 grammes of cannabis were found.
White appeared at the District A Magistrates Court on Monday 24 August 2015 and was remanded until 21 September 2015.
