“Barba: Shadow of the Colossus” is the Winner of FLOW’s Anime Kon 2015

3,000+ participants and a defined regional presence marked the conclusion of this year’s Anime Kon sponsored by Flow, the region’s Quad Play provider (smartphone, television, landline and broadband) with the apex of the 2 day event being this year’s Cosplay Tournament which saw comic book heroes and villains, mixing with videogame characters as well as popular manga and anime series…

SyFy Channel veteran Yaya Han (mauve wig) was a judge again this year - "AnimeKon Expo is over! It was a lovely weekend, and I was overjoyed to see the growth of the cosplay community in the Caribbean!  The costume contest was a fantastic showing of talent! I managed to grab a few shots with the winners. Everyone worked so hard on not only their costumes, but also their performances!  Thank you again for having me this year and I hope to meet everyone again in the future..."

This year, the After Party was held right Two Mile Hill, a move many were grateful since they did not have to change and go home but insted wait for the rooms to get rearranged and start grooving to a serious alternative band which included the theme from Dragonball Z and Darth Vader’s march in its repertoire!
