Bahamian Supreme Court Grants Baha Mar Leave To Appeal Rejection Of Recognition Of U.S. Chapter 11 Proceedings

Baha Mar stated it’s grateful the Supreme Court of The Bahamas granted them leave to appeal the Court’s decision to reject Baha Mar’s application seeking the recognition of the U.S. Chapter 11 proceedings in the Delaware Court.
