American psychologist shares his “Theory T” to build trust with new book
Dr. Phillip R. Walker brings his visionary perspective on the power of trust in a chaotic world to Chattel House Books with his new publication, “Theory T: The Power of Trust in a Chaotic World“.
Dr. Walker shares his personal stories and struggles in the book as the foundation for promoting trust as the social glue binding not only individuals, but also social systems together.
The publication identifies the contemporary climate of mistrust and fear as the fundamental cause of many problems, and offers the means to leverage trust to maximise human potential.
According to Dr Walker, the theory challenges worldwide views that block us from reaching our full potential as a human family. It highlights personal responsibility for attitudes and actions, while recognizing the urgent need for broader societal shifts.
The organisational psychologist has almost two decades of experience teaching organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, business management, and inter-cultural studies at the highest academic levels. He has also serves on a number of doctoral committees, and has to his credit extensive experience in background designing, developing, and delivering training in various areas.
Dr. Walker and “Theory T: The Power of Trust in a Chaotic World” will be in Chattel House Books, Sky Mall, on Wednesday 26th August for a meet-and-greet signing…
