Customers to enjoy better experience with MQI through new software solution
Customers of McEnearney Quality Inc. (MQI) can look forward to improved and more responsive communications when having their vehicles serviced thanks to a new software system installed recently.
MQI’s new automotive dealer management software solution will assist it in delivering an enhanced customer experience, better communication with staff and customers, as well as improved management of its inventory and repairs process.
MQI’s Chief Executive Officer, Alex MacKenzie said the new system would “greatly help” the company. “It is a very integrated system by design and so will improve communications between our service and parts departments.”
CDK Global is the largest global provider of integrated information technology and digital marketing solutions to the automotive retail industry. They provide solutions to over 26,500 auto, truck, motorcycle, marine, recreational vehicle and heavy equipment dealers in over 100 countries worldwide and are the exclusive provider to 7 out of 10 top dealer groups in the United States.
Mr. MacKenzie added: “The system is very sophisticated and will allow more of our HR personnel to spend more time enhancing our customers’ experiences with MQI rather than in everyday back office administrative activities. So there’s been a shift in how we deploy our team towards customer-focused activities.”
Mr. MacKenzie said that the system had been well-received so far. “Our staff are excited and enthusiastic as the former system had become obsolete and archaic. Now we have an excellent tool for them to use that will assist in better, and more efficiently, managing the needs of our customers.”
Staff have received online training on the use of the system from the supplier with onsite training starting this month.
