Sport for Life! International (SFLI) is an international community education and cricket programme for 8-16 year olds currently running in Barbados, St Lucia and Trinidad & Tobago in addition to Birmingham in the United Kingdom.

Aimed particularly at those who have not been successful either at school or, very often, in society, it uses the power of cricket to improve the self-esteem of young people by helping to improve their educational and sporting skills.

SFLI Barbados is a legacy programme of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007. It was founded by Lord Richard Newby OBE and Jane Power (CEO) working with the late Stephen Alleyne, formerly ICC World Cup 2007 Director, who emphasised that legacy would be an important part of the World Cup’s overall impact.
