Police have formally charged Romario Oneil Boxill, 19 years of No-fix-place-of-abode with the offence of ‘Murder‘ in relation to the shooting death of David Miller, which occurred at Vaughn’s Land #1, St. Joseph, on 16 April 2015.

Boxill was also charged with ‘Use of Firearm‘. He appeared at the District D Magistrates Court on Thursday 23 April 2015.

Boxill was one of the men held when a motorcar in which he was travelling overturned at Benny Hall, St. Andrew on 16 April.
