The Royal Barbados Police Force made a breakthrough into SOME of the recent reports of theft. Ricardo Browne 54 years of Woodbourne, St. Philip, was arrested and charged with 14 counts of Theft.

Between 2014 and April 2015, Browne approached householders claiming that their family members had asked him to deliver items to them for payment. On receipt of the money he ran.
