MILLIONS IN CANADA LOCKED ON TO BREAKFAST IN BARBADOS RADIO SHOWS
Barbados is on the minds of millions of Canadians this week as they tune into live on-island broadcasts by their favourite radio stations during this year’s CHUM FM Breakfast in Barbados promotion.
Hosts of Ottawa’s Majic 100.3 FM, Trisha, Angie and Stuntman Stu, keeping listeners excited about Barbados during their live broadcasts as a part of the 30th CHUM FM Breakfast in Barbados promotion.
General Manager at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel, Faye Best, said the live broadcasts by Ottawa’s Majic 100.3 FM will provide the property with additional publicity in the Canadian market.

She noted that the Majic 100 team was very quick with social media, which will generate additional exposure for her hotel group. On Facebook, Majic 100 has almost 40,000 followers.
Over 300 Canadians are on the island from April 11 – 18, 2015 for the 30th edition of the CHUM FM Breakfast in Barbados promotion, which also includes live broadcasts by CHUM 104.5 FM out of Toronto; Virgin 94.5 FM Vancouver; and Virgin 98.5 FM out of Calgary. Sandals Barbados, Divi Southwinds and The Crane Resort are the host properties for these stations. The broadcast times range from 5:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., providing Barbados with five straight days of prime time radio coverage in Canada, the island’s third largest source market.

The trip will climax with a massive concert at Holders House featuring Grammy award-winning pop/ rock group, One Republic; and emerging Canadian artist, Andee. Barbadian band Jenn & One Sixty Six earned the chance to open the concert.
