FAMILY CHARGED – AGGRAVATED BURGLARY AT SCOTIABANK BLACKROCK
Police arrested and charged the following persons in connection to the Aggravated Burglary which occurred at the Black Rock branch of Scotia Bank about 10.10 am on Tuesday January 27, 2015. A portion of the money stolen was recovered.

1. Malcolm Archer 20 years (Afro), of Lowthers Hill, St. Patricks, Christ Church has charged with the offences of :
a. Aggravated Burglary (Robbery at Scotia Bank Black Rock)
b. Robbery (5th November 2014); and
c. Possession of 2 gms cannabis (found on him when arrested).
2. Adrian Pinder, 50 years (Dreadlocks) of Lowthers Hill, St. Patricks, Christ Church (Step-father of Malcolm Archer) was charged with the offence of ‘Handling stolen property’.
3. Mohandai Durga-Pinder of Brown’s Gap, Sargeant Village, Christ Church (mother of Malcolm Archer) was charged with the offence of ‘Money Laundering’.
The trio charged in connection with the Aggravated burglary at Scotia Bank, Black Rock, appeared at the District A Magistrates Court and the results are as follows:
1. Malcolm Archer was remanded until March 12, 2015 to return to the District A Court. He is also to appear at the District B Court on February 17, 2015.
2. Adrian Pinder was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 to appear at the District B Court on February 17, 2015.
3. Mohandai Durga-Pinder was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 to appear at the District B Court on February 17, 2015.
