Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the unnatural death of Colin Frank Worrell, a 49 year old Shop Assistant of Newcastle, St. John.

Investigations revealed that sometime around 08:35 am on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, Colin Worrell was seen floating in the surf off Bath Beach, St. John by a man walking along the beach who summoned the assistance of the Life Guard on duty.
