Cliff Notes a Bill Free 2015, Forde Wins Big with WonderFlow

Not only were FLOW’s Christmas elves busy upgrading their services offering to customers this month, with Cloud Video Recording and Video on Demand Services, they were also coming up with the best Christmas gift anyone could ask for – a bill-free 2015!

This was part of the grand prize of the WonderFlow Christmas campaign which began in November that invited new and existing customers to sign up or upgrade their services or pay their bill in full and on time to win a BILL-FREE 2015. This Christmas Eve morning, Mr Cliff Forde was the lucky winner, who will not only have his water and electricity utilities paid for, but all his Flow bills and grocery bills covered by FLOW.

In addition, he also received a staycation, spa treatment, gym membership and a Christmas Hamper that included champagne, an IPad and an Ipod to name a few.

Forde, who was a bit taken aback when we first called him said, “I am extremely happy and extremely grateful to FLOW, I recently signed up and must say the service I have received so far has been outstanding. Thank you FLOW!”

Shelly Ann Hee Chung, V.P of Sales and Marketing said, “We have great customers who gave us a chance from the start and who have remained loyal to us. We wanted to give them a chance to receive something that shows our appreciation by giving a great gift this Christmas Season. We thought what would be better than free living for a year. I congratulate Mr. Forde and I hope he and his family have a WonderFlow Christmas and I know they will have a Happy 2015”.

Weekly prizes were also awarded to a number of FLOW new and existing customers, who received gifts that included HD TV from Courts, staycations and dinners from The Crane and The Courtyard Marriot, spa treatments from Golden Touch Spa, gym passes from Surfside Wellness Centre, Rum Cakes From Tortuga – Baker’s Choice, Farmers Choice hams, Christmas Hampers with items from Brydens Stokes as well as iPads and iPods. There was also the opportunity to win free HBO & MAX package for the entire year of 2015!

Mrs Hee Chung added that, “We at FLOW promise to continue to focus on our customers and providing quality service, in both products and customer care. Our advanced Cloud Video Recording and Video on Demand Services that our new customers and existing video customers will experience from now, over the holiday season and into the New Year will be a great addition to our customers’ video line up, especially at Christmas when families gather together. It is our way of showing our gratitude to our customers for their support over the past year plus as we anticipate more exciting developments in 2015.
